Non-physical and distinct from the body, the soul is a source of spiritual light. Qualities naturally found in the soul are peace, love, happiness and wisdom.

These qualities, ultimately, come from God, the Mother and Father of all souls. All human beings have these qualities as part of their natural inheritance as children of God. However, while some find that such qualities are expressed effortlessly, others sometimes feel weighed down by worries, anxieties or fears that cloud or overwhelm their inherent spirituality.
